Your Rhyno is tough, but we must always remember what it took to make this masterpiece. The majority of our models are made with Swiss movements that have over 100 delicate parts. Each part used in these movements need maintenance over the life of your watch to ensure all functions stay at optimal level.

Repairs

Outside of regular maintenance on your Rhyno, life happens. Watch drops, gaskets fail etc. If you experience an accident that requires your watch to be fixed, our watch makers are here to repair your Rhyno. Getting your Rhyno repaired by third parties can result in Warranty being voided or inferior parts. Please see Warranty details link at the bottom of our website.

Repair/ Service Request

Get a quote for your RHYNO to be repaired so you can get back to wearing the watch you love.

*Please include a copy of this form when you return your RHYNO for service or repair. REPAIR DIAGNOSTIC TIME IS CURRENTLY 7 DAYS (Diagnostic OnlY). REPAIR TIME WILL DEPEND ON PROBLEM . This will be explained after diagnostic .

FILL OUT REQUEST A REPAIR/ SERVICE FORM BELOW THEN SEND US YOUR RHYNO. We will not begin any repairs after diagnostic without your consent.

  • Wrap your watch in bubble wrap and carefully package in cardboard box. You can also place the watch in a traveler case and cardboard box. PLEASE DON’T SHIP WITH WATCH BOX and don’t ship alone in a shipping bag.

  • Ship & insure (ANY CARRIER ACCEPTABLE, FedEx recommended )

  • DIAGNOSTIC (5 BUSINESS DAYS) IF ANY PROBLEMS OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY AND NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED TO FIX FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. ANY REPAIRS WANTED WILL BE MADE DURING SERVICING.

  • SERVICE (CURRENT TIME 20 BUSINESS DAYS) :

  • Dismantling of the watch case

  • New hands

  • New crown

  • New black rubber strap for 24mm

  • Dismantling of movement

  • Ultra sonic cleaning of case

  • Cleaning & re-lubricating of movement & replacement of worn movement parts.

  • Replacement of all seals and gaskets

  • Quality control test to assure water resistance, regulation, and overall functions test for optimal performance.
