FAQs

  • There is no limit to how long you can keep a borrowed RHYNO. As long as your payments are up to date and you’re a member in good standing, the RHYNO is yours.

  • The good thing about this program, is that we are the manufacturers. Our borrowed RHYNOs are brand new. We will never send a used RHYNO to another borrower. When a used RHYNO comes in, it goes through a process of restoring that removes and replaces all parts. Not like new but NEW!

  • We’d hate to see you go, but you can cancel anytime. Please note that cancellations are ONLY accepted via email to Info@RHYNOtimepieces.com and we must receive all of your outstanding RHYNOs to process your cancellation.

    Send your RHYNO back by the end of your billing cycle to avoid getting charged for another billing cycle. If you fail to return your pieces by the end of the next billing cycle, your cancellation request will be withdrawn so you'll have to resubmit it.

    Please note that if you cancel your membership, you will lose any purchase credit you have accumulated and if you decide to restart your membership in the future and there is a waitlist in place, you would have to wait to be admitted.

  • Normal wear and tear is covered by us.

    Also, if anything is lost or damaged when it's in FedEx’s custody, you won’t be held responsible. Please note that an item is only considered in FedEx’s custody after it is scanned by FedEx. If an item is returned without a receipt from FedEx and FedEx refutes that the item was in their custody, the customer assumes liability. The best way to get a receipt is by dropping the shipment off with a representative at an official FedEx Office Print and Ship location and requesting a receipt.

    Please also keep in mind that if an item is marked as delivered by FedEx, you assume liability unless you request signature upon delivery. You can request signature upon delivery anytime you place an order with RHYNO..

    If a piece is otherwise lost, stolen, or excessively damaged, you’re on the hook for the member price of the item. The best way to pay for a piece that’s been lost or stolen is to email us at Info@RHYNOtimepieces.com for a payoff link (you can apply your earned purchase credit too). Then, you can pick another piece to enjoy as part of your membership.

  • No, we are a members only brand.

  • You can always email us at Info@RHYNOtimepieces.com and we will help you track down your order with FedEx.

  • You can exchange one, or all of your RHYNO borrowed pieces once every calendar month. To return, you must first submit the return form so we know what’s coming back. As soon as you’re ready for something new, package the items in a RHYNO traveler case then in a cardboard box with filler. Make sure the packaging is securely taped shut.

    We suggest you drop off the shipment with a representative at a ‘FedEx Office Print and Ship’ and get a confirmation receipt. Please note that if you don’t get a receipt and FedEx doesn’t scan the shipment, you assume liability for the shipment.

  • After subscribing for 90 days, you can buy any piece that you’re borrowing for its Member Price, which is less than the retail value. The best part is that for every month you’re a member, you earn purchase credit, which continues to accumulate for as long as you’re a member.

    Silver members do not earn or accumulate credit. Gold & Platinum members accumulate and earn credits matching their monthly subscription fee paid every month dollar for dollar.

    To buy your piece or pieces, we’ll send you a credit code by email giving you access to all or part of your saved credit.

  • The accumulation credit has to be used every 12 calendar months. No limit to how much you can accumulate in that time.

  • RHYNOs range in value from $4,800- $24,000. The current range is $4,800-$5,200 but we look to expand the value of the borrowed RHYNOs into the more valuable skeleton options as the subscription model grows.

  • To effectively manage the demand for select memberships, we may need to halt new flow of business so that we can regulate the number of select members admitted. This ensures that we can consistently offer a diverse and extensive selection of pieces for members to choose from. By doing so, we can better meet the high demand and provide an exceptional experience for all select members.

  • It’s simple, YOU. This type of business model is not common in the world of valued timepieces. You have to have a trusted community, and we have built one over 10 years of making and selling RHYNOs. Sure there will be some bumps along the way but we believe in trust to and from our customers. This is not a public offering.

  • YES. We aren’t a fan of surprising you with pieces you might not like. The available pieces will be marketed and talked about on our Instagram for everyone to see.

  • Our monthly memberships are charged each month using your payment method on file. Your subscription renews automatically and you will be charged every 30 days.

    Annual memberships are in the making and we will charge you each year using your payment method on file. Your subscription renews automatically and you will be charged every 360 days.

  • Yes. Every time there is a new option added we will email the community so they are prepared for their next RHYNO.

  • Yes. You however wont be able to Test Drive a piece until you pay your set up fee.

  • Your $1500 trade up value can be applied to your set up fee, any overage will be applied to your accumulation amount that can be used towards a purchase.

  • Yes. Your set up fee will be at a reduced price of $350 for Silver and Gold plans and $700 for Platinum plans.
